Booking and payment online

About online booking and payment
You can book your place at Congreess via online booking. You then have three choices to pay: cheque or banker's draft, purchase order and online payment via credit or debit card. Online payment will re-direct you to the Paypal service where you can complete payment.

I am an IBMS member but do not see delegate fees with an IBMS discount
You will need to confirm on your account if you are an IBMS member so that you will receive the right discount for booking Congress.

What about finance and security?
The IBMS is using Paypal to complete online credit card payment. The IBMS website does not keep any of your financial information as the payment is completed solely on the Paypal site.

I have booked and/or paid but not received a confirmation email
If you do not receive a confirmation email please check your spam folders to make sure the email confirming booking and/or payment has not been falsely recognised and sidelined as spam by your email provider/software.

Changing password
If you want to change your password please note your new password must contain at least one lowercase, one uppercase and one numeric character.

Problems confirming IBMS membership
If you are having problems confirming your IBMS membership and dated of birth please contact us on 0207 713 0214 or email us on website@ibms.org.

My Congress

My Congress is a feature that allows you to select and set-up a list of all the events you plan to attend at Congress 2011.

You need to have registered and logged in order to be able to use this feature.

Add an event to My Congress
When viewing the science and social programmes you can select an event by ticking the check-box next to it and pressing submit at the bottom of the page.

Events you have already selected are marked with a green tick.

Deleting an event from My Congress
Access your Congress page and check the tick boxes next to each event you have selected. Click on the delete selected button and you will remove the event from your list.
